I have always been a big fan of Rajma. I often choose it when eating out and just love this hearty comforting dish. Tried a few times making it at home; however find the bhunooing of the onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste too tiresome and taking too much of my patience. When i came across Shilpa's this recipe from http://www.aayisrecipes.com/2008/08/14/rajma-with-yogurt/it seemed just too simple and yummy to pass over without trying. I tell you, the result was finger licking good and creamy just the way I love my dishes. Plus its almost effortless cooking. Any changes I made? Just that since I didn't have any garam masala handy, I tossed some meat masala instead and generously garnished with coriander.
